We are a **financial institution regulated by CONDUSEF**, focused on **friendly collections** and **early-stage delinquency management.** **Requirements:** * Age 23 to 39 years. * Proven experience leading teams of more than 10 people. * Minimum 1 year as Collection Team Leader. * 2 to 3 years of experience in collection areas. * Ability to perform operational follow-up, manage indicators and KPIs, train staff, and meet targets.
