* Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. * Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures. * Increase overall branch productivity through implementation of relevant employee training, development of effective budgets, elimination of inefficiencies, and capture of growth opportunities. * Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and establish good relationships with new ones. * Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies. * Manage daily operations, especially customer service and financial activities, and implement necessary improvements. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Excellent communication and writing skills. * Strong leadership skills. * Strong analytical skills. * At least two years of experience in management, finance, sales, or a related business role. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly. * Monitor performance across more than 500 clients through all sales channels and identify ways to enter new markets. * Provide real-time support to sales staff as they identify prospects and close new contracts. * Meet with customers to discuss their needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. * Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to target key demographics. * Provide daily field sales performance reports and share customer feedback (VOC) with superiors.
