On-floor incident resolution **Operational Restaurant-Bar Assistant Manager \| CDMX** We seek a highly operational candidate with floor experience and team leadership capabilities who can ensure proper service execution and directly support the Manager in daily branch operations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of shift operations (opening, service, and closing) * Coordination of staff (kitchen, bar, and service) * Ensuring service timing and customer service quality * Support in inventory, supply, and waste control * On-floor incident resolution * Compliance with standards for order, cleanliness, and hygiene **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years as assistant manager, shift supervisor, or team leader in a restaurant or bar * Direct operational experience (not administrative only) * Experience managing operational staff * Availability to rotate shifts (including closings at 1:00 AM) * Service-oriented mindset, leadership ability, and capacity to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000–$14,000 per month * Performance bonus \+ tips * Staff dining service Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
