




Job Summary: Conduct inspections and perform general maintenance tasks across various hotel areas, collaborate on preventive maintenance programs, and respond to maintenance requests to ensure optimal functionality of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, painting, and plumbing maintenance 2. General maintenance experience; hospitality industry experience preferred 3. Collaboration in preventive maintenance programs * Conduct periodic inspections in guest rooms, common areas, kitchens, swimming pool, spa, and offices to identify faults or repair needs. * Perform electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance tasks. * Respond to maintenance requests submitted by various hotel departments. * Assist with installation, adjustment, or repair of equipment and furniture. * Collaborate in implementing preventive maintenance programs. * Promptly report anomalies detected in facilities or equipment. * Comply with established safety and civil protection procedures. * Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good order and condition. * Assist during emergencies (electrical failures, water leaks, accidents, etc.). * Meet the hotel's quality standards and response time requirements. * As needed, support other departmental activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Experience: 1 to 3 years in general maintenance roles; * Hospitality, tourism, or service industry experience preferred. Knowledge: Basic maintenance skills in electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry; proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment; basic knowledge of safety and civil protection regulations; desirable: familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical plants, and boilers.
