At LSG Sky Chefs, a leading airline catering company, we are seeking a Labor Relations Coordinator to manage the administration of operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a healthy work environment. Main Responsibilities Management and follow-up of employee labor relations. Application and interpretation of the Federal Labor Law. Preparation and follow-up of administrative minutes. Tracking of incidents, leaves, and final settlements. Handling and follow-up of disciplinary matters. Interaction with labor unions (desirable). Support in labor audits and regulatory compliance. Ongoing coordination with operational departments and Human Resources. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Labor Relations roles (preferably within operational companies). Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Flexible working hours.
