Promote organizational order and discipline through a clear structure. **Position Purpose** Establish and execute the operational foundations of the Human Resources process by implementing plans and programs that promote **organizational order and discipline through a clear role structure, effective recruitment and selection processes, training and development initiatives, and a personnel performance control and measurement system**, in order to professionalize talent management and ensure consistent, controlled, and business-objective-aligned operations. **Academic Qualifications** · Degree in Business Administration / Organizational Psychology **Experience** 2–5 years as an HR Generalist in manufacturing companies (preferably SMEs): \* Successfully managing employee relations and organizational climate \* Preventing and effectively resolving labor conflicts \* Implementing HR-related processes \* Managing incidents **Key Competencies** · Interpretation and practical application of the Federal Labor Law · Compliance with STPS provisions and inspections (practical level) · Recruitment and selection (competency-based interviews preferred) · Organizational design . Salary and wage administration · HR metrics **Soft Skills** · High degree of order and structure · Ability to engage in constructive confrontation · Firm character · Direct and clear communication · Conflict resolution ability · Personnel management · Results-oriented mindset **Responsibilities:** **Establish Organizational Order and Discipline** · Implement and enforce the internal regulations · Monitor labor conflicts and resolve them directly · Establish clear behavioral and communication guidelines **Organizational Structure** · Design and maintain an up-to-date company organizational chart · Define and document job profiles and position descriptions · Ensure each individual has clarity regarding their responsibilities · Identify role duplications or gaps in responsibilities · Support leaders in organizing their teams **Recruitment and Selection** · Accurately define the profile for each vacancy · Post vacancies and screen candidates · Conduct interviews and assess fit for both the position and operations · Coordinate the hiring process with outsourcing providers · Develop retention strategies jointly with company personnel **Develop Core HR Processes** · Implement onboarding programs for new personnel · Establish salary scales · Identify and address personnel training needs **Compliance and Outsourcing Relationship** · Supervise outsourcing providers’ compliance with: o Payroll processing o Employment contracts .o Employee onboarding and offboarding · Establish and monitor payroll metrics · Ensure basic compliance with labor regulations (STPS) · Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files **Establish Personnel Control and Measurement** · Implement controls for: . Attendance . Incidents .
