Position Objective: Coordinate the accurate execution of billing and payment recovery processes, ensuring compliance with contracts, internal policies, and applicable regulations, thereby guaranteeing timely and accurate revenue management. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure end-to-end billing processes and follow up on contract formalization with relevant departments. * Address requests for re-invoicing, cancellations, returns, penalties, and bonuses. * Monitor customer accounts receivable through document status tracking to maintain a healthy portfolio. * Coordinate and supervise documentation management processes. * Carry out personnel management activities for the team under supervision. Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, accounting, or related disciplines. Mandatory Experience: * Billing processes. * Team leadership and management. * Handling of documents and customer requirements. Knowledge and Skills: * Decision-making, information analysis, teamwork. * Team development / planning and organization / motivation. * Intermediate Office skills / Intermediate to advanced Excel. * Resource management. * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
