Hospital CAMI is seeking a **Food Services Assistant** **Requirements:** * Secondary school certificate * Prior experience in hospitals preferred * **Flexible availability (rotating shifts)** * Morning shift: 7:00–15:00 hrs * Afternoon shift: 14:00–21:30 hrs * Mixed shift: 10:00–18:00 hrs **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary of $9582\.47 * Statutory benefits from day one * Punctuality bonus * Grocery vouchers of $300 per month starting from the second month **Responsibilities:** * Prepares à la carte meals requested by diners. * Assists in developing the daily menu. * Verifies that the area is clean before and after food preparation. * Identifies food availability. * Ensures optimal use of raw materials. * Monitors food hygiene and preservation controls. * Cleans kitchen utensils and equipment before and after food preparation. * Washes dishes used for food preparation. * Maintains area hygiene according to assigned routine. * Stores and organizes all supplies used for food preparation. * Participates in training courses aimed at improving service processes. * Adheres to procedures established by the Food Services Department.
