Opportunity to grow into a full-time position This position is intended for students or recent graduates who wish to gain practical experience in data analysis applied to business decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation * Generate basic reports and dashboards in Excel or similar tools * Analyze information from administrative processes, recruitment, and marketing campaigns * Monitor KPIs and internal metrics * Support the automation of reports and simple processes * Collaborate with HR, administration, and marketing teams **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, or related field * Interest in data analysis and administrative processes * Basic/intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) * Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar is preferred **We Offer** * Training and development in data analysis * Experience on real consulting projects * Opportunity to grow into a full-time position * Collaborative work environment Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,921.75 - $10,405.73 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Dental insurance Work Location: On-site employment
