Job Summary: TRANSPORTES FPB is seeking a Traffic Executive to track customers, document deliveries, manage cargo status, and resolve issues while working under pressure. Key Highlights: 1. Problem resolution and efficient work under pressure TRANSPORTES FPB IS SEEKING ITS NEW \*\*\*\* TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE \*\*\*\* RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Customer follow-up via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. \- Provide cargo delivery status updates. \- Prepare documentation for deliveries. \- Complete daily tracking forms. \- Draft emails. \- Report anomalies. \- Resolve problems. \- Work under pressure. REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in International Trade, International Business, or related field. \* Knowledge of information required to complete the Carta Porte. \* Proficiency in PC tools, Word, and advanced Excel. \* Knowledge of transportation and logistics. \* Customer service experience. \* Database management skills. QUALIFICATIONS: \- Flexible availability of working hours. \- Desired education level: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. \- Experience: 6 months to 1 year, preferably in a similar position within the industry. Work Location: Mexico City, Venustiano Carranza Borough (three streets from Ciudad Deportiva Metro Station).
