Desirable: more than 2 years of experience in a similar position. Valid basic documentation (including updated Tax Status Certificate). Flexible availability for work hours. **Main Responsibilities:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations and emergency systems. Masonry and civil works activities (floor repairs, plumbing, locksmithing, etc.). Required Technical Skills: Operation of electric tools (drill, angle grinder, rotary hammer). Operation of manual tools (trowels, spatulas, levels, multimeter). Preparation of mixtures (cement, plaster, drywall pastes). **We Offer:** Monthly salary between $15k\-17k. Statutory benefits.
