Growth opportunity Private security company is seeking **Expense Assistant** **Position Objective:** Provide support in controlling, recording, and validating expenses and the entry and exit of the company's operational equipment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proper documentation thereof. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and controlling expenses in the system * Validating supporting documents (invoices, receipts, per diems) * Preparing expense reports * Tracking pending documentation * Assisting with basic reconciliations * Controlling the entry and exit of operational equipment (locks, GPS devices, personal protective equipment, etc.) * Managing and archiving administrative documentation * Communicating with staff to clarify expenses **Requirements:** * Education: Technical high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed) * Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in administrative or warehouse functions * Excel proficiency (basic\-intermediate) * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Sense of responsibility and follow\-up ability **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity **Interested candidates** Apply through this channel Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite\-term contract * Cafeteria service Workplace: On\-site employment
