We seek: A Systems Technician specialized in software and hardware support to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and preventive and corrective maintenance for company computers, networks, and internal systems. Responsibilities * Install and configure software and hardware. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Configure networks, printers, and devices. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Perform basic administration of Windows operating systems. * Backup and update information and equipment. Requirements * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
