Collaborate with stakeholders to advance testing solutions and drive innovation—apply today to be part of this transformation. **Responsibilities** * Create a detailed Master Test Plan addressing hardware components, interface testing, and all relevant QA scopes * Coordinate with Program Management to design test timelines, allocate resources, and communicate updates on progress and risks * Develop uniform templates for cases, scripts, reviews, and defect reports, and ensure KPIs and quality indicators are tracked regularly * Define test layers and categories, validate case alignment with requirements, and establish overall test strategies with Product Managers and Engineering leaders * Ensure mapping between requirements and test cases to maintain full traceability * Oversee configuration and upkeep of environments, data sets, stubs, simulators, and integration links, partnering with DevOps for stability * Set release standards incorporating quality gates, acceptable defect thresholds, and performance and security benchmarks * Review results and defect patterns to drive iterative process enhancements * Guide and mentor a multi\-disciplinary QA group, sharing expertise in test planning, strategy, and automation within a quality\-first culture * Leverage GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI tools to streamline QA activities and accelerate test development * Administer Xray in Jira, structuring repositories and test flows * Supervise integration of automated tests into CI/CD processes with embedded quality checks and live reporting * Advise on selecting and implementing automation utilities like Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, and Pact * Manage Jira/Xray dashboards to track project QA status, environment stability, and execution data * Automate CI/CD test runs in Azure DevOps with detailed reporting and alert mechanisms **Requirements** * 5\+ years in test management with hands\-on experience creating Master Test Plans and automation strategies * Comprehensive understanding of QA processes including functional and non\-functional testing * Practical expertise with frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, Pact, k6, Docker Compose/TestContainers, and LocalStack * Proficiency in Jira, Xray, and administration of CI/CD pipelines, especially on Azure DevOps * Proven ability to mentor QA and Automation teams and cultivate quality\-focused work environments * Exceptional communication abilities and skill in managing diverse stakeholders * Experience in establishing, tracking, and interpreting KPIs and quality measures * Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and system environment setup * Analytical mindset geared toward defect trend analysis and continuous improvement * Familiarity with AI\-assisted platforms like GitHub Copilot applied to QA tasks * English language capability at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * Awareness of large language model concepts, GenAI solutions, and prompt design * Experience with AI\-powered test generation and coverage optimization methods * Understanding of hardware and external interface quality assurance * Competence in handling test data, stubs, simulators, and integration points * Proficiency in security and performance evaluation utilities such as k6 and Grafana
