Job Summary: Analyst responsible for personnel management, payroll processing (Contpaq), and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages employee onboarding and offboarding, and database control. 2. Calculates and processes weekly payroll and severance payments. 3. Expert handling of SUA for IMSS and INFONAVIT tax reporting. Employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE and Contpaq payroll system. Registration and control of various databases. Calculation of severance payments Preparation of weekly payroll using Contpaqi Nómina. Stamping (certification) of processed weekly payroll. Review of SAT stamping versus payroll data Handling of SUA for IMSS and INFONAVIT tax reporting Calculation of ISN for monthly tax declaration submission. Preparation of mixed schemes Calculation of variables for IMSS reporting. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: analyst
