Lead IT Project Manager Main Responsibilities or Functions: Lead end-to-end technical execution and IT delivery coordination Define and execute the implementation plan aligned with business objectives Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and technology vendors Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadmap Ensure technical quality, architectural standards, and IT governance Identify technical debt and lead remediation plans Drive improvements in maintainability and time-to-market Align execution among Business, PMO, and technical teams Participate in legacy system transformations to cloud Technical Requirements: Experience in API architecture and development Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, metrics, tools such as GitHub, Dynatrace) Knowledge of security (OAuth2, MFA, Zero Trust) Experience in data integration and DWH (desirable) Methodologies and Experience: Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Agile, PMI, or Cloud certification Soft Skills: Proactive, communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, empathy, autonomy, resilience, organization Location: CDMX (San Pedro de los Pinos) Work Mode: On-site We Offer: Competitive salary Superior benefits Career development plan · We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
