Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in customer service and Windows operating systems to deliver high-quality support and resolve technical issues. Work in a dynamic and committed team We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our support and Preventive Maintenance team. Important: Must reside in the southern area of CDMX Your primary role will be to provide high-quality technical support to our customers by resolving issues related to information technology and Windows operating systems. We need someone with solid customer service experience, capable of understanding our users' needs and delivering effective and timely solutions. You must possess in-depth knowledge of information technology and advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential for resolving technical issues and explaining solutions in a way that customers can easily understand. Additionally, your ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve problems will be highly valued. This is an on-site position requiring full dedication to the role. If you have a proven track record in technical support and a passion for helping others resolve their technical issues, you could be our ideal candidate. Part of your responsibilities includes on-site support at our clients' locations.
