Your primary role will be the bridge between customer data and our software, ensuring that SME information (inventories, catalogs, finances) is captured and organized correctly for successful migration to the system. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Administrative Informatics, or related field (completed). • Gender: Not specified. • Excel: Advanced level (proficiency in pivot tables, lookup/logical functions, and database cleaning is mandatory). • Knowledge: Basic business administration (procurement-sales processes, warehousing, invoicing). • Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Empathy and patience for direct customer interaction. o Organizational ability and attention to detail. • Mobility: Availability to work in-office and conduct on-site visits to customer facilities. Main Responsibilities: 1. Information Migration: Capture, clean, and organize master data in spreadsheets. 2. On-Site Data Collection: Visit customer offices to obtain and validate required information. 3. Administrative Support: Act as a service agent, explaining to customers how to structure their data for the ERP. 4.
