




Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to develop strategies, enhance our organization's image, and contribute to communication campaigns, with experience in PR agencies and media management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop public relations strategies and strengthen campaigns. 2. Establish contact and build relationships with media outlets and opinion leaders. 3. We are currently seeking a **Public Relations Coordinator**, whose primary objective will be to contribute to the development of public relations strategies by implementing actions aimed at achieving goals and strengthening the image of the Council of Communication, benefiting its campaigns and projects. Therefore, we seek a professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience performing the following coordination-level activities: * Public relations management, media relations, and engagement with opinion leaders. * Image positioning. * Event organization. * Most importantly, prior experience working in public relations agencies. **Required Knowledge:** * Public relations. * Corporate communications. * Marketing and advertising. * Media monitoring. * Return on investment (ROI) analysis. * Development of communication materials. * Social responsibility projects. * Basic English proficiency. **Required Skills:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Information analysis and organizational ability. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong spelling proficiency. * Ability to identify opportunities. * Negotiation skills. * Team management. **Your main responsibilities will include:** 1\.\.\- Participate in developing public relations strategies to strengthen campaign messages for the CC and collaborative campaigns. 2\.\.\- Establish and strengthen relationships with media outlets and opinion leaders. 3\.\.\- Arrange interviews, pursue feature stories, and disseminate campaign information to achieve established campaign and departmental goals. 4\.\.\- Develop communication materials and editorial content. 5\.\.\- Organize press conferences and events. 6\.\.\- Continuously monitor news coverage and conversations about the Council and its campaigns across media outlets and among opinion leaders. 7\.\.\- Identify opportunities enabling added value for the organization through alliances with institutions, media outlets, opinion leaders, personalities, and spokespersons. 8\.\.\- Coordinate the team responsible for managing interviews, press coverage, and editorial placements. 9\.\.\- Monitor and measure outcomes. 10\.\.\- Prepare performance reports. 11\.\.\- Prepare budgets for events and activities. 12\- Travel to various states across Mexico to build relationships with media outlets and opinion leaders. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Annual bonus. * Internal career growth. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Work location: Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón.
