Job Summary: Providing end-user support and resolving system issues, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment used in business operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative equipment, printer, and multifunctional device maintenance. 2. End-user support for email, portals, and applications. 3. Training plan and personal skill development. Job Objective Provide end-user support and resolve system issues, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance on business operation equipment. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on administrative equipment, printers, and multifunctional devices. * Perform preventive maintenance on production line equipment and spare parts during shutdowns. * Software updates and preparation of computing equipment according to DSI standards. * End-user support to resolve issues related to email, portals, applications, and digital tools required to fulfill and develop job functions. * Support for operational control systems, e.g., Ensamblika (line stoppages, etc.). * Personnel services (assistance, payroll, cafeteria). Candidate Profile 3 years of experience in technical support; knowledge of computer equipment configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance, and operating systems.
