Job Description: At Quro, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our technology and customer service team. This role is critical to ensuring the proper functioning of our systems and equipment, as well as delivering effective service and solutions to meet our customers’ needs. Responsibilities: Inspecting and diagnosing the operation of GPS devices. Handling and resolving customer technical support tickets. Direct interaction with and follow-up on customers to ensure service satisfaction. Coordinating with installation technicians to resolve issues. Preparing monthly reports on equipment performance and incidents. Managing and controlling inventory of devices, SIM cards, wiring harnesses, and other components. Requirements: 2 years of experience in similar positions. (PREFERRED) Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, Information Technologies, or Industrial Engineering. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Customer-oriented mindset with a results-driven focus.
