Solid development foundation and ability to serve as a technical-commercial liaison **Purpose of the Position** We are looking for a Software Engineer interested in developing expertise in technological project management, capable of coordinating efforts between client and technical team, ensuring the achievement of objectives, timelines, and deliverables. **Main Responsibilities** * Collect and analyze requirements directly with the client * Translate business needs into clear technical specifications * Coordinate development activities within the assigned team * Monitor project progress and adherence to deadlines * Manage tasks, priorities, and deliverables * Prepare functional and technical documentation (processes, workflows, requirements) * Identify risks or blockers and propose timely solutions * Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed or in progress) * **2 years of software development experience** * Participation in technology projects (preferably involving coordination or monitoring activities) * Knowledge of: * Java programming (intermediate level) * Database management (SQL or PostgreSQL) * Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban * Project management or tracking tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar) **Competencies** * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Capacity to manage complex situations and resolve conflicts * Organization and tracking of multiple activities * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** * Has a solid development background and wishes to evolve into management roles * Feels comfortable coordinating tasks and working with multidisciplinary teams * Can serve as a liaison between client and technical department * Demonstrates initiative and vision to propose improvements **Conditions** * Project-based position * Full-time on-site work Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Software development: 2 years (Mandatory) * IT project management: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
