Position Objective**: Ensure the proper operation, implementation, and legal compliance of the payroll system for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to labor and tax legislation, service quality, effective team management, and client satisfaction. **2. Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, including managing labor and tax legislation, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR; coordinating multiple clients or legal entities; and implementing payroll or ERP systems. **3. Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate payroll updates and calculations in accordance with: * Federal Labor Law * Income Tax (ISR) and state taxes * IMSS (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE) * INFONAVIT (SUA, loans, amortizations) * Payroll CFDI * Statutory and contractual benefits * Settlement calculations * Validate payroll configurations (variable schemes, benefits, allowances, multiple legal entities, etc.). * Audit management * Monitor correct system operation for active clients. * Define controls and processes to prevent calculation, stamping, and reporting errors. * Coordinate with the development team on functional enhancements and system corrections. * Approve releases related to legal or business changes. **4. Position Requirements** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. **5. Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Payroll incidents (errors, rework) * Client SLA compliance **6.
