Collaborate with Data & Analytics for Customer 360 and Identity Resolution **Role Summary:** We are seeking a Solutions Architect with a **hands\-on** focus to lead the technical evolution of the CRM domain. Your mission is to design an integrated ecosystem where **Salesforce serves as the central orchestration engine**, working closely with the **Data \& Analytics** team to deliver a unified and scalable customer model. **Key Responsibilities** * **Domain Architecture:** Define and guide the CRM ecosystem architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s global data model. * **Salesforce\-Centric Orchestration:** Design solutions extending beyond Salesforce, integrating external platforms, channels, and middleware (distributed architecture). * **Governance and Standards:** Establish ground rules: integration standards (APIs, events), technical design principles, and simplification of the tool landscape. * **Roadmap Leadership:** Build and maintain the technical roadmap, validating solutions from both internal teams and external vendors. * **Collaboration with Data \& Analytics:** Serve as the technical bridge to ensure **Identity Resolution** and **Customer 360** are consistent across all platforms. **Required Skills and Experience** * **Core Experience:** 8\-10 years in Solutions Architecture or Senior Engineering roles within complex enterprise environments. * **Salesforce Ecosystem:** Deep experience with Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud, with a "Salesforce\-centric" mindset (not limited to the platform alone). * **Integration Expertise:** Proficiency in event-driven architectures, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware. * **Data Awareness:** Solid understanding of customer data models, CDPs, and large-scale data synchronization processes. * **Soft Skills:** Executive communication and structured thinking to align multiple stakeholders. * **Language:** Intermediate\-advanced English (B2\).
