Position Summary: Develop, adjust, and maintain accurate and timely graphical documentation for Management’s projects. Key Highlights: 1. Development of architectural and technical detail drawings 2. Direct support to Management in preparing presentations 3. Technical coordination and document control for projects **Position Objective** Develop, adjust, and keep up-to-date the graphical documentation for Management’s projects (working drawings, details, and presentations), ensuring technical accuracy, prompt response, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities 1. Drawing Development * Preparation of architectural drawings (conceptual design, working drawings, and details) * Immediate revisions per Management’s instructions * Integration of engineering disciplines (structural, MEP) into drawings 2. Technical Detailing * Development of construction details (joinery, glazing, finishes) * Graphical resolution of interferences (basic clash detection) * Standardization of layers, symbology, and formats 3. Direct Support to Management * Translation of conceptual ideas into clear drawings * Preparation of presentation sheets for clients or internal use * Support in basic renders or coordination with visualization team 4. Document Control * Versioning and file backup (naming conventions, backups) * Ongoing updates of “as-built” drawings (where applicable) * Project-based folder organization 5. Technical Coordination * Field-driven drawing adjustments (feedback from site supervisors) * Cross-disciplinary compatibility review * Preparation of construction packages Working Conditions * Work Mode: Office-based (with possibility of extended hours due to deadlines) * Reports To: Management * Suggested Salary in Mexico: **$12,000** (based on experience level) * Possible bonus scheme for urgent deliveries or high-volume work * WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 7:00 PM, WITH ONE HOUR FOR LUNCH Job Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Tlalpan Centro, CDMX
