Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to optimize the supply chain, ensure continuous and cost-effective supply, and manage suppliers in the industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize the supply chain and ensure continuous supply. 2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms. 3. Monitor the market and analyze prices for strategic decision-making. A leading company in the sector is looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst focused on optimizing the supply chain and ensuring continuous and cost-effective supply of products for the industry. · What we expect from you: 2 years of experience in procurement Experience in procurement management and quotation processes Knowledge of price analysis and supplier negotiation ERP and/or CRM system proficiency is desirable · Your day-to-day responsibilities: Coordinate and execute product purchases to maintain inventory levels within established minimum and maximum limits, ensuring continuous and efficient supply. Keep costs updated in the system. Register new item codes and suppliers in the system. Input purchase orders received in the warehouse into the system at least 24 hours prior. Conduct effective negotiations with suppliers to secure the best prices, favorable delivery terms, promotions, discounts, and other conditions beneficial to the company. Manage warranties and claims regarding missing deliveries with suppliers. Continuously monitor and analyze market and competitor pricing, using this information to make strategic purchasing decisions and maintain the company’s competitiveness. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and ability to offer competitive products, ensuring strong and mutually beneficial relationships. Generate periodic procurement performance reports, analyzing trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing key data to company management. · We offer: Monthly salary ranging from $13,000.00 to $15,000.00 net, commensurate with experience. Monthly variable bonus and commission based on goal achievement.
