We firmly believe that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to become the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** (Responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining the DGATI’s project portfolio strategic performance dashboards, meeting established SLAs) Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Developing dashboards and indicators based on the DGAT’s key project metrics. * Operating and delivering reports and dashboards generated by the Portfolio area, meeting SLAs established by DELTI. * Implementing operational improvements that add value to project management, consistently adopting best practices. * Addressing project information needs and serving as the liaison with functional areas of the Executive Logistics Directorate. * Supporting the portfolio governance line for operational control and results presentation. * Analyzing sensitive and confidential information from the DGA of Technology’s project portfolio. * Improving internal PMO tools. * Actively participating in governance meetings. * Addressing incidents reported in portfolio project dashboards and reports within established SLAs. * Applying technical and analytical knowledge to DGATI’s key indicator dashboards. * Driving innovation in area processes. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Systems Engineering and/or Project Management. * Years of experience: 3 years. * Areas of expertise: Data analysis, implementation of improvements in IT tools. * Required knowledge: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, working with Macros. * Languages: Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel: No. * Willingness to relocate: No. At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
