Job Summary: We are seeking a comprehensive maintenance technician for a condominium, responsible for patrols, detection and resolution of failures, and handling of general condominium defects. Key Highlights: 1. General condominium maintenance (electricity, plumbing, masonry) 2. Patrols to detect and resolve failures 3.
