Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage the acquisition of pharmaceuticals and hospital supplies, ensuring service continuity and optimizing the supply chain. Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for the distribution of supplies. **Join our MAC Corporate Team!** We are looking for your talent as: **"Purchasing Coordinator"** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 17:30; Friday, 07:30 to 14:30, * Days off on Saturdays and Sundays **Requirements:** * Relevant bachelor’s degree (in process of graduation or already graduated with professional license) * EXPERIENCE: 2 years as Purchasing Coordinator or Supervisor, knowledge of pharmaceuticals and hospital supplies, requisitions, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure essential products do not run out, preventing service delays and guaranteeing continuity of care. * Receive, review, determine required quantities, and assess urgency of purchases to prioritize acquisitions based on operational needs. * Compare prices, quality, delivery times, and payment terms among potential suppliers. * Generate purchase orders according to approved quotations, ensuring correct inclusion of product details, quantities, prices, and delivery terms. * Compile a list of reliable suppliers with strong market reputations. * Request quotations from multiple suppliers, considering technical specifications required for each product or service. * Verify that received quotations meet quality, quantity, and hospital regulatory requirements. * Archive and organize purchasing documentation for easy retrieval and in compliance with internal audit policies and hospital regulations. * Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and supply conditions. * Coordinate with the warehouse department for proper distribution and storage of received supplies. * Report defective or non-conforming products and manage their return or replacement with the respective supplier. **WE OFFER:** * Comprehensive Compensation Package: Base Salary \+ Attendance and Punctuality Bonus \+ Food Vouchers * Savings Fund * Statutory Benefits * Candidates meeting the profile requirements are invited to submit an updated CV.
