Work Area: Calzada Taxqueña We offer: * Monthly salary of $10,000 (MXN) * Statutory benefits * Indefinite-term contract * Ongoing training. **Requirements:** * **Experience managing kitchens** * **Experience preparing banquets for more than 10 people** * **Completed high school education** * **Experience in food storage and procurement** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper food handling, portioning, and preservation. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils. * Monitor inventory of supplies and report shortages or losses. * Assist in developing or improving recipes and menu combinations. * Supervise preparation times to meet demand. * Verify quality, taste, and presentation of products prior to delivery. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Train support staff on kitchen processes and business standards. * Collaborate with the administrative department on orders and basic cost calculations. * Manage personnel under your supervision.
