Job Summary: We are seeking a technical specialist or graduate in Systems Engineering for user support, inventory management, and maintenance, with experience in network administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. User support and incident resolution 2. Network administration and equipment maintenance 3. Inventory management and Power BI **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Knowledge of computing and networking * Proficiency in office software and Power BI * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility **We Offer:** * Base salary * Job stability * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs **Responsibilities:** * Incident handling and/or user support * Inventory management for computer equipment * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Network administration * Tracking and resolution of reports Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
