Electricx del VMX is a company specialized in the development and execution of medium- and high-voltage electrical projects and is currently seeking an **Industrial Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (degree completed). * 3–5 years of experience in process automation and digitalization. * Experience in data analysis and implementation of performance indicators (KPIs). * Advanced Excel skills (macros, Power Query, report automation). * Experience developing dashboards in Power BI. * Knowledge of and experience with databases and SQL queries. * Programming knowledge applied to process improvement (Python, VBA, or other languages). **Responsibilities** * Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities. * Design and implement digital solutions to optimize cycle times, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency. * Develop executive dashboards and reports in Power BI for KPI tracking. * Manage and structure databases to ensure data integrity and availability. * Design and implement KPIs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Standardize and document internal processes resulting from digitalization. * Foster an organizational culture oriented toward data-driven continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and technical expertise. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development within a growing, digitally transforming environment.
