POSITION DETAILS: * Position available through the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” program. * Age: Between 23 and 29 years old We are seeking an honest, responsible, results-oriented, proactive individual who can work effectively in a team, is flexible, and capable of operating machinery; prior experience in a similar role and technical knowledge are advantageous. Responsibilities: \- Implement the production schedule by efficiently and effectively managing all resources. \- Maintain production facilities and areas in proper hygienic condition. \- Operate production machinery. \- Assist in the company’s production processes. \- Coordinate production according to the production schedule, allocating necessary resources to complete tasks within the required timeframe, meeting production standards, the quality demanded by our customers, and the cost established by the organization—all while adhering to procedures, work instructions, and quality plans. \- Directly participate in the production process, operate specific machinery and tools required to transform the product, follow production specifications step-by-step, and verify that the quality control process during production is appropriate. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education or technical degree. \- Full-time position. \- Minimum experience in a production line, food industry, or related field.
