Job Summary: Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, user support, and information security with a focus on ERP systems and databases. Manage, coordinate, and optimize the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring system operational continuity, user support, information security, and proper administration of ERP platforms, databases, and corporate devices. **Responsibilities** Administration and support of the Zoho MDM platform: * Device onboarding, offboarding, and configuration. * Policy management and basic security. Administration and support of Aspel software suite: * SAE * COI * NOI * Banks * Configuration, interfaces, and operational support. Database (SQL) management: * Writing queries. * Backups and maintenance. * Basic optimization and monitoring. Report development and automation: * Python usage is desirable for automation and reporting. * Data integration and analysis. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills: * Pivot tables. * Advanced formulas. * Data automation and analysis. Basic infrastructure administration: * Switches. * Servers. * Access Points (AP). * Networks and general support. Administration and support of Odoo v19 ERP: * Basic configuration. * Functional support. * Coordination with users and vendors. Oversee security policies, backups, and operational continuity. * Coordinate technology vendors and external support. * Lead technological improvement and process optimization projects. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. Solid knowledge of: * Zoho MDM. * Aspel (SAE, COI, NOI, and Banks). * SQL. * Basic infrastructure. * Odoo. Python knowledge is desirable. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Leadership and technology project management capabilities.
