Job Summary: The Collections Supervisor visits customers to inform them of their credit status, persuade them to make payments, and promote Grupo Coppel’s digitalization and services. Expand the customer base through credit promotion The Collections Supervisor’s role is to visit customers at their homes in order to inform them of their credit status, persuade them to fulfill their payment commitments, and continue purchasing from Grupo Coppel companies. The Supervisor must promote customer digitalization and the company’s omnichannel services so customers can make purchases or payments, and must promote Grupo Coppel’s credit offerings to increase the number of customers.
