Position Summary: Manage the resources of the Collections Center to ensure its proper operation and achievement of objectives, providing efficient customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage resources and operations of the Collections Center 2. Develop strategies and manage personnel 3. Ensure achievement of objectives and efficient customer service The origins of Coppel stores date back to 1941, when Mr. Luis Coppel Rivas, together with his son Enrique Coppel Tamayo, decided to move from Mazatlán to Culiacán, Sinaloa, to establish a small shop named "El Regalo," which eventually began selling radios and watches. After World War II, customers lacked liquidity to make cash purchases, giving rise to their desire for credit. Thus, Mr. Luis Coppel and his son Enrique decided to invest all their savings to sell furniture on credit through convenient weekly installments. Consequently, trusting the customer’s word transformed "El Regalo" into a furniture store operating under a credit system—and it was precisely then that it adopted the name "Coppel," as customers had begun calling it. Over time, new product lines were introduced, including apparel. The rest is a story of hard work and dedication grounded in solid principles such as simplicity, trust, and open dialogue with customers.
