Job Summary: Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling construction execution, managing the project's capital flow with clients and contractors, and proposing technical solutions. Budget management and project coordination. **EDUCATION**: University degree and/or Internship in the following fields: * Architect * Civil Engineer * Engineer/Architect **JOB MISSION** Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling construction execution, as well as monitoring the project’s capital flow with both clients and assigned contractors. Must possess technical expertise and field experience to propose appropriate solutions to various problems that may arise during construction execution. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Preparation of economic budgets * Coordination of activities required for project development. * Materials management. * Reconciliation of generators and pricing with the client, as well as with assigned contractors. * On-site construction supervision. * Contractor administration. Supporting and auxiliary tasks * Administrative work following company-established procedures and methodology * Support in managing employee onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and vacations. * Support to Accounting and Logistics departments **EXPERIENCE** * 2 to 4 years of experience * Preparation of commercial proposals * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD 3D, 3D Studio Max, Revit, SolidWorks) * Knowledge of residential civil construction * Knowledge of commercial civil construction * Knowledge of industrial civil construction * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Cost analysis and unit price (PU) analysis Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Experience: * Civil engineering: 2 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Civil engineering (Mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 100% (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
