Position: Mass Recruiter Salary: $12,000 per month Work Mode: On-site / (adjustable based on location) Schedule: Monday to Friday (adjustable according to operational needs) * Key Responsibilities: Mass recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. Posting job openings across various job boards and social media platforms. Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews. Tracking candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Compiling and organizing personnel files. Coordinating onboarding and employee induction. Meeting hiring coverage targets on time and as required. Managing candidate reports and databases. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment. Proficiency in digital and field-based recruitment sources. Strong verbal communication skills and results-oriented mindset. Organizational skills and timely follow-up. Minimum education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
