REQUIREMENTS * Age 20–45 years * Completed secondary education (high school diploma preferred; incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree is a plus) * Valid DC\-3 forklift certification (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse worker and forklift operator KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Operation of seated and/or standing forklifts * Loading and unloading of goods * Placement and picking of finished products * Physical inventory counts * Good warehouse housekeeping and safety practices WORK SCHEDULES (3-shift rotation) Shift 1 Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Shift 2 Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM Transportation provided Shift 3 Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM Saturdays for Shift 1 and Shift 2 7:00 AM–12:30 PM SUPERIOR BENEFITS BEYOND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS * Monthly salary of $11,400 * Food vouchers covering 12% of salary * 30-day year-end bonus * 15 vacation days starting from the first year * Savings fund contribution of 13% * Savings account * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria ($21 per meal) * Transportation provided for Shift 2 * Direct employment with Coca\-Cola This position targets responsible, committed individuals with forklift experience who aim to grow within a leading company.
