**Macropay is seeking talent for expansion** and invites you to join the team as a **Recruiter** in the Poza Rica area. ### **Job Objective:** Attract, select, and follow up with candidates who meet the profiles established by the company, ensuring staffing coverage and optimal operational performance. ### **Key Responsibilities (summarized):** * Posting job openings and actively sourcing candidates. * Field recruitment, store visits, and participation in job fairs. * Candidate management in **Team Tailor**. * Conducting initial and in-depth interviews. * Coordinating second interviews with requesting departments. * Administering assessments and providing feedback to candidates. * Requesting documentation and assembling digital candidate files. * Verifying references and managing ESE. * Monitoring response times and updating candidate status. * Supporting hiring processes and contract signing. * Developing schedules and participating in departmental meetings. ### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Human Resources, or Economics/Administration fields). * **2 years of recruitment experience** (operational/administrative). * Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Team Tailor preferred). ### **We Offer:** * Monthly **net** salary. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Life insurance. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (GMM).
