This is your chance to join one of the most important companies in the market, offering top-tier benefits. **OPERATIONAL RECRUITER FOR DISTRIBUTION CENTERS WITH SALES EXPERIENCE** Objective: Ensure staffing indicators are consistently met according to project requirements, while providing specialized advisory support to interested partners. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of the field (Operational Recruitment, Field Recruitment). * Strong verbal communication skills. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in recruitment for distribution centers (preferred). * Experience recruiting operational profiles: sales drivers, delivery assistants, production operators. * Interviewing expertise. * Recruitment strategies: job postings, flyer distribution, field recruitment. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media. * Desirable experience in sales (customer prospecting, strong verbal communication).
