Estimation Coordinator **Senior Estimation Coordinator** ***PROFILE:*** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * **Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects (highways, bridges, tunnels, railways)** * Experience as Estimation Coordinator or Estimation Manager * Personnel management experience * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Neodata ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Perform quantity take-offs for each activity required to execute the project, based on a prior analysis of the various project components and specifications regarding construction or installation characteristics, to accurately determine the quantities of work to be performed. * Validate the quantities of materials, equipment, and services required to execute the project, based on the take-offs performed, to develop detailed estimates and budgets and thereby determine the project’s total cost. * Support the estimation process for subcontractors and suppliers, including monthly measurement of work completed, preparation of corresponding bills of quantities, and submission of monthly records into SAP, to generate monthly payment certificates and obtain necessary data for subcontractor and supplier management. * Support the identification and correction of errors and omissions during preparation of the contract account, ensuring achievement of defined objectives. * Ensure implementation of key tools and processes defined by the department and promote continuous process improvement. * Collaborate with the Planning Engineering Technician to obtain internal re-forecasting, enabling monthly financial adjustments, preparation of an accumulated production schedule incorporating all work completed through month-end, to comply with budgetary targets and ensure achievement of established objectives. ***BENEFITS:*** * Competitive compensation * Enhanced benefits package * After one year of service, you will be entitled to 12 vacation days * Life insurance, major medical insurance, and dental insurance (for employee only) * Social Security (IMSS) * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation premium (Prima Vacacional) * On-site cafeteria **Work Location:** * Willingness to travel and/or relocate is required.
