Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing technical support services to branches, service centers, regional offices, and ODG in accordance with established service levels and standards. * Installing and configuring authorized hardware and software at service centers, branches, regional offices, and ODG, as well as maintaining optimal functionality of the technological platform to ensure uninterrupted service to members. * Handling incidents and providing technical advice to users of information technologies, ensuring appropriate support is delivered to guarantee optimal operation of institutional equipment and applications. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and/or systems (computers, servers, peripherals, printers, systems, applications, etc.). * Monitoring the status of computing equipment and installed applications, ensuring compliance with internal regulations to maintain proper equipment functionality and prevent risks of damage or data loss. * Assisting in the installation and reconfiguration of automated teller machines (ATMs, dispensers, and multifunction devices) at branches and other locations. What do you need to apply? * Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience with Windows versions, hardware maintenance, software, and telecommunications. * Experience in ATM maintenance and support. * Willingness to travel Why continue growing with Caja Popular Mexicana?
