Database and server configuration and administration 100% Mexican company, leader in its industry, specializing in bathroom furniture, flooring, and tiles, with over 350 branches across Mexico—we are seeking: ### **INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT** **Job Objective** Provide technical support, maintenance, and technology infrastructure management, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, cabling, servers, databases, and communication systems, while maintaining a high level of service for users and branches. **Main Responsibilities** * Basic Java configuration and programming. * Database administration and maintenance (SQL). * CLI usage and server administration. * Installation and maintenance of structured cabling. * On-site and remote technical support for internal users and branches. * Quotation management and supplier relations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and telephone systems. * Addressing operational requirements from branches. * Occasional travel for cabling work or specialized support. **Requirements** Education: Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Minimum Experience: 1 year in technical support and infrastructure.
