* Attend to assigned Service Reports in a timely manner by reviewing each Service Report daily to address the customer's request. * Report on services that have entered Shipment Control by conducting a daily review of shipment scans, supported by information from visit and control labels. * Make timely calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipment Control through the daily process of shipment coordination and customer calling. * Generate incident reports for shipments requiring them by monitoring shipment incidents according to operational cycle procedures. * Reconcile delivery and return manifests for local routes on a daily and physical basis.
