LEADING HARDWARE INDUSTRY COMPANY Seeking **Technical Support Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience * Proficiency with various software applications * Knowledge of end-user support and internal troubleshooting * Experience in CCTV installation and configuration * Knowledge of cabling, punch-down, installation, etc. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Hardware and software-level computer repair * End-user technical support * Time clock configuration * CCTV monitoring and maintenance * Fuel quotation and requisition for equipment * Telephone system configuration We Offer: * Base salary of $13,000 MXN per month (gross) * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * 100% IMSS contributions * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM WORK LOCATION: TLALNEPANTLA; PREFERRED NOT TO LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR AWAY Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
