The Fixed Assets Administrative Assistant supports the administration, control, and accounting recording of the company’s fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation, classification, valuation, and physical\-accounting reconciliation of assets, in accordance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Record acquisitions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets in the accounting and administrative systems. * Maintain up-to-date physical and accounting inventories of fixed assets. * Support periodic physical inventories and reconciliation against accounting records. * Control and file supporting documentation for asset movements (invoices, disposal minutes, transfer documents, etc.). * Prepare monthly depreciation reports and reconciliations with the Accounting Department. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Finance departments to manage assets assigned to each area. * Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets. * Participate in updating identification labels (barcodes or asset plates). * Propose process improvements for fixed asset recording and control. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in fixed asset control, administration, or general accounting. **Knowledge:** * Basic accounting and asset control. * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Accounting standards applicable to fixed assets (preferred). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and handling of confidential information. * Analytical ability and follow-up capacity. * Teamwork and effective communication.
