Provides practical training to new Blue-collar operational staff using documents, materials, and tools in accordance with relevant process procedures. **Responsibilities and Essential Functions:** * Coordinates implementation of the training plan for new and cross-trained employees. * Conducts audits during practical training execution. * Trains operational staff across various stations. * Conducts and coordinates training as required. * Maintains constant communication with Manufacturing (team leader and manufacturing supervisor). * Prepares reports and documents data as required. * Prepares and handles raw materials and/or scrap for training practice purposes. * Practical knowledge of line/station work instructions. * Other responsibilities may be assigned; not all listed responsibilities are exhaustive. **Authority:** * Qualifies new operators through practical evaluation. * Handles raw materials and scrap for training purposes. **Qualifications / Education:** * High school diploma (preferred). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and documentation. * Communication skills (oral and written). * Knowledge of AMBU manufacturing processes (minimum 6 months). * Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Teamwork orientation. **Work Environment:** This is a manufacturing facility; therefore, employees may be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibrations, or other hazards. **How to Apply:** If you are interested in this position, we invite you to apply as soon as possible through our recruitment system.
