Job Summary: Manage and supervise the warehouse by overseeing personnel, systems, and tools to ensure inventory accuracy and timely service to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate assigned personnel. 2. Ensure reliable inventory records and maintain order and cleanliness. 3. Implement process improvements in warehouse operations. Manage, control, and supervise the proper functioning of the warehouse through personnel, system, and tool management to ensure inventory accuracy, maintain order and cleanliness, and guarantee timely service to internal customers, external customers, and work crews Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience * Inventory management and control of incoming/outgoing goods * Personnel management * Knowledge of warehouse systems (ERP or similar) * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency Essential Knowledge: * Inventory control * Logistics and distribution * Warehouse organization * Performance indicators (KPIs) * Inventory audits Main Functions: * Supervise daily warehouse operations * Control material inflows and outflows * Ensure reliable and up-to-date inventory records * Coordinate and direct assigned personnel * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness * Fulfill requests from work crews and internal departments * Implement process improvements in warehouse operations. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 18 and 51 years Driver's License: B Keywords: leader, manager, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, warehouse supervisor, warehouse, storehouse, storage
