You will be a key player in ensuring an excellent experience for our customers by: *Resolving second-level technical incidents *Efficiently diagnosing and resolving internet service issues *Tracking and escalating complex cases *Monitoring and coordinating with field technical personnel *Properly recording, documenting, and closing tickets *Generating incident reports, root causes, and solutions *Proposing process and customer service improvements What we are looking for in you *Experience in technical support or help desk *Customer service focus and problem-solving orientation *Analytical ability and logical thinking *Excellent communication skills (oral and written) *Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments *Initiative to propose improvements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, or related field Flexible working hours. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 25 and 35 years Knowledge: Network administration, Fault analysis, Network analysis, Infrastructure engineering, Systems administration Keywords: analyst, support, apoyo, soporte
